You will have to start on top of a tall building. Try to be as close to LibertyIsland as possible. Look towards the island and you will eventually see twohelicopters that cross paths with each other. Watch for the one that fliestowards you. You will need to jump up when it is overhead and snag it with yourwebbing. This copter will take you out over the water. You will eventually crosspaths with another copter when you are about halfway. Jump and hook onto thatcopter so it can take you the first island. From this island you will need totake one more copter that will deliver you to the Statue of Liberty. It may takea few tries to get it right.

Start a new game and enter 'HCRAYERT' as a name ('Treyarch' spelled backwards),then go back and enter any name of your choice. The game will start in progress,with over 40% completion, 201,000 Hero points, with Swing Speed and Web Zipupgrades, and 'Big Game Hunter', 'Alien Buster', 'Shock Absorber', and 'TentacleWrangler' ranks. Additionally, this code has another effect when used with anexisting game. Load your saved game, select 'New Game', then enter 'HCRAYERT' asa name. This happened when I was fighting a bunch ofthugs in a gang war. First make sure you havethug hanger upgrade. Then make sure yoursurrounded by thugs. When surrounded start thethug hanger combo on an unconsious thug. Anotherthug should hit you and stop you in the middleof the combo. The glitch is you'll have anunconsious thug tied to your arm you can stilldo everything like before such as crawling,swinging (even the slingshot trick), you caneven turn around and beat him up if you want. Toget rid of him either die or fall in water.
